What are the outcomes and deliverables?
You will leave with a clear understanding of the KPIs and ROIs you want and need to achieve with your event to measure its success. It will inform you of what elements to focus on, the type of event(s) to hold, and also what survey questions to send to your attendees, vendors, and sponsors.

Presentation deck with the strategic plan, KPI/ROI dashboard, and end-of-event survey that tracks back to your strategy plan.
